Matt Malden and John Coker Provide Leadership for Innovative New Software Company
San Francisco, CA – July 31, 2007 – Yield Software, a company leveraging Internet marketing technologies and automation techniques to help businesses attract and convert the most valuable Internet traffic, has announced that its leadership team of industry veterans Matt Malden and John Coker are near completion on the development of a revolutionary new Internet marketing product. Prior to joining Yield Software as Chief Executive Officer, Matt Malden spent nine years as an executive at Siebel Systems. As Vice President and General Manager there, he grew the call center product division from inception to more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He also designed, launched and managed a joint development effort with Microsoft and IBM in building a next-generation enterprise software platform. In addition, he led Siebel’s government division. He holds numerous patents in user interface design, computer telephony integration, call scripting and advanced queuing and routing algorithms. He has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
John Coker is the primary architect of Yield’s flagship product, an automated search engine optimization and marketing application due to be launched in the coming months. As senior architect at Siebel Systems, Coker designed and developed key architectural components and later served as a principle architect and pioneer in developing a web-based, service-oriented enterprise software architecture. John was also the first engineer and chief architect at Gain Technology.
