Senior Algorithms Engineer
Location: San Mateo, CA
We are looking for candidates who possess a significant subset of the following:
- MS/PhD in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, operations research or computer science
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript and SQL
- Strong knowledge of financial arbitrage
- Knowledge of Bayesian and machine learning, data mining and randomized algorithms
- Knowledge of numerical optimization methods, particularly convex optimization and linear programming
- Knowledge of regression analysis
- Experience working with large data sets, and distributed systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability and desire to work very closely with other team members
